    How does the trading work?
A trader sends you an offer, which you can either accept or decline. The trader’s offer will will be posted at the bottom of your ad. Your decision will also be posted at the bottom of your ad. Be sure to include the circumstances of your decision, i.e. When you expect the other trader to send their item(s), when you will send or pick up yours or why you chose not to accept their offer. This lets other traders know what you are looking for and under what circumstances you will accept their offer.

How do I know I will receive my item(s)?
Check a trader's feedback rating and comments if you are unsure about conducting a trade with them. If a trader does not receive their item, they can file a complaint within 30 days by clicking the “File a Complaint” icon on their account home page. If this trader can show that they sent their item(s) or payment and the other trader cannot show that they sent their item(s), the trader in fault may be suspended from the site. It is important to ask for tracking when sending your item(s), so that you have a record of your item(s) being mailed. It is also important to leave feedback about your trading experiences, so that other traders can decide whether or not to trade with certain people.
